They didn't start making my sandwich until I got there and told them I was picking it up. So I would recommend heading in as soon as you've placed your order, or just order in the store. The bahn mi I had was incredible. Perfect balance of veggie to pork, the pork was still moist, and I've had 2-3 from here. They are consistently awesome.

Really solid banh mi. I've tried so many places in Seattle and this is one of the best. Nothing super fancy, but imo that's what makes it good.

Great food at a good price, portion sizes were good. The location is not ideal but the food is worth the risk

Xá Xíu was undercooked chewy and generally did not taste very good. i've ordered here many times before and i'm frankly disappointed by this experience.
