The vegetable fried rice was really good with nice quality large vegetables and a nice portion. The sushi rolls were at best average taste and very small. I've had better from a grocery store. I got 5 different rolls. The regular are tiny and the special ones are very small. Smallest sushi rolls I've ever seen. I would order the rice again and maybe one roll as a side but I wouldn't spend $70 on sushi for multiple ppl here again. Just too little and not good enough to justify the price. Rice was good. Sushi was disappointing.

Excellent customer service whether you're ordering in house or if your having it delivered by DoorDash or whatever you use, the sushi is always fresh and taste. Great they always make it the way you ask for it and they're always quick. They have everything you could possibly want to put on your sushi or in your meal the fried rice is always made the way you want it. It's never anything but fresh their Customer Service inside from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk out is five star superb and they do not ship you on ingredients or service so I love sushi and I love the sake and Griffin, but their hours have recently changed so I decided to give Jackson, a try and I'll never go back and they are always busy and I am forever customer

The steak was as tough as leather. The fried rice was ok, but I have had better. The salad was just lettuce and a half a dozen shredded carrot as well as being a TINY portion. For the price, I really expected better.

I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi combo. This was my first and LAST time ordering anything. I've ordered my share of takeout hibachi. It's my comfort food. This was the absolute WORST i've ever gotten. The chicken and shrimp were so bland. and they came packaged in the lowest of quality takeout containers SWIMMING in teriyaki sauce. If your food was going to come in that much liquid...why would you not package it in a bowl or something more secure. The bag was FULL of the sauce that came out of the cheap container. *sigh* back to the food. The veggies had char marks but were not well cooked. again...SWIMMING in sauce. I was confused if I'd gotten the correct order because literally everything is in sauce! The portion of the "fried rice" was comical. for all of the sauce, undercooked veggies, & under seasoned meat and you barely get a cup of rice. Portion ratios might need adjusting. I'm new to the area but I will continue waiting the hour on Uber Eats to get something from further or go out myself to get better quality hibachi. But based on this experience I would not be willing to try anything else on the menu. So portion? needs adjusting. Freshness? that was the only thing done right. it seemed like it was recently cooked. Would I order again? NO!

L. Hibachi Shrimp & Chicken was okay, the sauce has a very unusual taste . Not much meat but considering it was a lunch plate I understand. Would I order again? No
