Staff phone was unresponsive, despite being turned on, store not being busy and multiple calls.
Chips not properly seasoned.
Burritos full of rice to appear fuller, with small amount of vegetables... Order is a "mucho veggie" meaning lots of vegetables.
Been ordering from here since they opened, food quality is low and staff service is extremely poor.
From in store observation, staff appear to be disorganised, lacking in efficiency and team work. Every person there including Boost Juice staff were moody and lacked the customer service skill.

I think the worst burrito we've had in a while. We order pretty regularly from the competition but thought we'd give this a try. Seemed like 95% meat and rice. Bland and carby.

it must depend on who is making the food as today it was sub par the Classic Quesadilla - Pulled Pork was pretty much not eatable so greasy Chicken & Veg Bowl is usually amazing it had no broccoli and the rice was so over seasoned normally I eat the whole bowl and love it today I couldn't even get half of it down today's Esperance has put me off ordering from here again

Ibought one Chicken Fajita Burrito and got a second free. Still wasn't good value. I can't tell if the rice was just raw, or if it had been sitting there for so long it had dehydrated to a raw state.The only thing I liked was the sauce. Will not order again.
