So far, I have enjoyed everything I've ordered from this restaurant. I love the homemade taste of the pancakes. Fried Catfish & Grits is always a winner. Hamburger Steak - BULK says it feeds four to six people, but it only comes with four patties. I only gave 4 stars this time because I was missing 1 Egg. Things happen at times. I will be back!

Turkey Bacon was good and crispy, but I've never bacon packaged in a small round container. The order comes with three strips. Samuel's Grit Breakfast Bowl was as expected, but it seemed like less sausage than usual. The biscuits are always dry and the bottoms hard and never seem fresh; I fed it to my dogs. I'd order the bowl and turkey bacon again.

So- everything was AMAZING! Banana Nut Pancakes filled with pecans and topped with caramelized bananas and the Banana Nut Pancakes filled with pecans and topped with caramelized bananas - perfect, the poached eggs - just ordered. Omelette custom was as ordered and very generous. Even though we are a bit of a distance away; everything arrived at temp thanks to the driver using thermal bags. I would have posted photos but every one was starving and dug in right away

Everything I've EVER ordered from Salt & Pepper Cafe has always been the best food I've ever tasted!
The ultimate skillet was above and beyond. Their gravy is always the BOMB! I also love their Super Chicken!
Thinking about ordering their grilled pork chops and their meatloaf family meal soon! Both are the kid's favorites!

The food is always amazing when we have eaten in the restaurant. However, today I ordered DoorDash. I ordered the chicken and waffles. I believe the syrup was added to the waffle prior to delivery but by the time I got it the chicken in the waffle was pretty hard from the syrup solidifying. I would recommend the syrup being sent on the side. Big waffle and large portion of chicken very flavorful but almost not edible because of how hard the waffle was due to the syrup being added prior to delivery. Also not a lot of tea for what they charge. 16oz (not full)....$3.29.
