The Canneloni - OO came with a creamy tomato sauce that is just absolutely delicious with the veal and cheese.
The Cavatelli Catania - OO reminds me of the pasta my mother (may God be pleased with her spirit) would always make!
The fresh Lombardo salad with tomatoes and red onions is to die for!

This restaurant is the best kept secret in KC. Everything is made fresh in house. The food is unbelievably amazing. You will never feel weighed down from the pasta or bread. Outstanding value for the quantity of food. I haven't finished a full meal from here in one sitting in over 20 years.

Salvatore's is the best Italian restaurant in Kansas City. The food is amazing. They give bread with every order and the bread is always so fresh and delicious. The portion sizes are so large that I always need a to-go box. I will definitely order from here again. I would recommend Salvatore's to everyone.

The chicken spiedini Garozzo Chicken - OO is excellent. The pasta that comes with it is also good. The few puny pieces of lettuce that they pass off as a salad are barely worth opening the container for. I wish the owner would see what other restaurants offer for a side salad and take a lesson from them.

Lasagna - OOChocolate Torte Cake - OO
It was the best Italian meal I've ordered from. Very meaty and saucy Lasagna - OO , the sweetness of basil, maybe?
I dont know, but it was absolutely delicious. the Chocolate Torte Cake - OO slice was huge, plus, the lasagna was discounted in price today!
