Churros are always over cooked and brown slightly burnt, dips are sometimes full and sometimes only a quarter. Packaging doesn't open your appetite at all, bottom paper is always missing so it always look likes they took 3 tiny sticks and chucked them in a big empty box where someone accidentally splattered a teaspoon of sugar in.
Coffee is always consistently great though.

crispy potato came with 5 small pieces in a box wasn't impressed for 12$ looked nothing like the photo

Have purchased The Original Churros Snack Pack a few times, but the last 2 times you guys have been stingy with the fruit! Not even half a banana sliced up in it... WTH! For the price I would expect more fruit! Like the first time I ordered it... Not impressed!

Ordered the Mozzarella Sticks (1920 kJ) and they gave me the jalapeno bites instead, no notification that they had to substitute or anything, just the wrong item. 2 Filled Churros were crispy, but to the point of just crumbling like a dry biscuit. They were also dripping with oil. The hazelnut hot chocolate was good, at least.
