everything was super dry got one short rib for $11 and the pork belly was so flavorless it felt like it was in a slow cooker for 4 days more like a stew meat than a pork belly of any kind. there was very little smoke flavor and the potato salad was very yellow and seemed to be store-bought with some add-ins.

Some of the driest short ribs I've ever had in my life. I almost choked on them. Thank goodness the green Chile cornbread is good. The coleslaw was also bland. The macncheese is serviceable. I paid $15 too much for this $25 meal.

baby back ribs were great. The pulled pork sandwich was dry. Had they provided some sauce, this may have helped. The potato salad was nothing to rave about. We'll try it again since the ribs were good. Maybe we just caught them on an off day.

Well, adding comment that would be private is only allowable with a photo. My food is in the trash and porter is long gone, so here is my comment for the public to see! I was so excited to try this place. The ribs were pretty tasty, everything else was very dry. The sausage had the consistency of a large Vienna sausage. The cole slaw tasted like it was not fresh and was on the way to being bad. They were out of iced tea. How can BBQ joint be out of iced tea? They did give me a free water though. The sauces were good.
