Never fails!! My fav cold coffee. Perfectly blended and prepared for an even sweet carmel taste (keep in mind I add 2 shots to what is already included in the drink) with that said, look at the color and how perfect it looks vs dark at the bottom etc. they prepare it so I have the consistent sweet taste with every sip. Never shocked by a bitter espresso taste bc it's made by the best baristas. Also, I order without ice. Mt Brook Santos always deliver ! Thank you !!!

This is my new favorite iced espresso coffee with the option for sugar free syrup and ability to add espresso shots! Which I always will add, except Santos has never tasted bitter or made the extra shots change the flavor of the drink which I can appreciate!!!

The latter was poorly made with a bunch of stuff dumped into it in strange amounts. The bagel seemed just like a standard Sysco bagel with some packaged cream cheese on the side. Very much seems like a low effort chain coffee shop for sure.

I got the Healthy Savory Bowls an it's so good! Super filling. The Matcha Latte is also good because it does not come pre-sweetened.

When it's done right it's great! The ingredients are always inconsistent and the chicken is frozen and reheated, not very fresh tasting. The portion is great. I will order again but hope to get everything I paid for. No guac this time and last time it had no arugula. So I'm confused on what I should expect at this point.
