I really want to love these stores, but they routinely leave off listed ingredients and they are extraordinarily stingy with the main ingredients. The last two times I've ordered sandwiches from them, they had less than 2 oz of meat on them! it's all bread and mayonnaise! way too expensive for that kind of shoddy quality. I really don't see how their ratings are so high anymore when there are so many other options.

I waited a bit before reviewing as I haven't given such a low rating before, but I believe in feedback and iteration. The ingredients together sounded good, but the execution needs some work. I was expecting a thicker tomato soup. If you like it really watery, you might enjoy it. If you like a lot more bread than chicken, then you might enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich more than I did. Somehow, my roast beef sandwich didn't make it, so I can't give feedback on that item. The fries are actually chips (which maybe was lost in translation), but they were good. Overall, it was disappointing, and I still say this with hesitation as I love food and supporting local businesses.

I'll just say this store often has issues fulfilling orders in a detailed way and miss items or exclude items. I have ordered from them a few times and every time they miss something. Once it was bacon on a sandwich this time they missed added two bottled cokes. Just attention to detail is poor.

The items in the store are over-priced and the made to order food (sandwhiches, burritos etc.) aren't good. It took forever to get my food and the presentation was poor.
