I ordered 3 items Pad Thai NoodleGyoza (4 Pcs) and Chicken Teriyaki. When the order arrived they did not fulfill the Chicken Teriyaki so I was missing an entire meal for my family. There was no attempt from the restaurant to reach out and ask if I would like to replace the item with something else. On the positive side I wasn't charged for the Chicken Teriyaki because I never got it
