Everything has such great flavoring. The steak was seasoned and cooked wonderfully. The coconut rice is so unique and delicious, it's more sweeter than savory.
Last, the churros should not be skipped. They're a bit different from traditional ones, but holy moly are they delicious!!!

Good portion. The shrimp are cut in pieces heads up which was not expected. I added hot pepper oil to the fried rice for flavor

Chicken was incredible and traveled very well. The Sancocho was not traditional but very very good.
