The biscuits in notorious BNG were overcooked and hard as hockey pucks. Portions were skimpy considering price. Omlette was also smaller than expected and less than what you would get in restaurant. To go boxes did not keep food hot. Bad value overall

I like the skillets from here though I do feel like the price is still a little high especially with small add ons.. The greens and eggs are always fresh and order is never messed up so will order again. Make sure you specify you want utensils though because they tend to now give any automatically.

my 8.00 pancake was burnt. seriously ? country fried steak was dry my eggs were cooked wrong. COUNTRY FRIED STEAKBUTTERMILK PANCAKE

The loaded greens, the spinach looked as though a someone gathered it together and wrung it out. It was in a tight lump instead of spead out throughout the dish. The Brussels spouts were oily compared to when I usually order them they had no roasted appearance or flavor. I love the Shack and hope this was just a one off today
