• 2/10/26Cheese Fries missing cheese. Black Truffle Burger was tiny and had nothing besides a small burger, some cheese, and a very small amount of Truffle sauce. All of it was room temperature. This location is always lazy and the price is insane for the poor quality.

• 24/4/26the cheese on the cheese fries came hard and was barely on few fries. the burger was small and mid. everything was cold and for the price you pay i'm extremely disappointed. even if I paid mcdonald's prices it'd still be disappointing. i've never written a bad review for food i've gotten but this was just beyond bad. the shake was decent but for $8 definitely not worth it. Dont waste your money.

• 15/1/26Listen. The shakes are banger, and the fries are usually pretty ok! But I got a cheeseburger and I swear they made it with boiled meat and playdough. I have never experienced a burger quite like this one and I hope I never have to ever again. I don't think I can justify an $8 shake, a $10 tiny playdough burger, and $6 fries. I will say it was packaged well but other than that I am not confident I will be back unless there are new menu items.

• 22/6/26This is what my sides of cheese looked like for my Cheese Fries and Onion Rings. Taste like garbage. The ShackBurger® Lettuce Wrap was alright but not even close to fresh. the lettuce was 90% brown. This location is terrible. Bag wasnt even sealed and half the boxes were open.

• 1/5/24SERIOUSLY overpriced considering I was shocked to discover the burgers are literally half the size of any other place you could order them from -- they're like Whopper Juniors, but a single burger is the same price as a full-size combo meal anywhere else! two tiny mediocre burgers and two small shakes cost me nearly $50, absolutely ridiculous!!
