Amazing food! Everything tastes absolutely delicious! The egg drop soup is one of my favorites, ordering a small I did not expect the portion to be soooo generous! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants :)

The Sizzling Beef with Scallops was really good I would order it again! I would say that it doesn't have a lot of scallops though. As for the Sierra Long Roll and Egg Custard Buns (4), both were pretty bland. The roll was soggy from the sauce so it was difficult to pick up and it just didn't taste great. The buns were really dry and the custard inside was crumbly.

The Hot&Sour soup was delicious. It wasn't hot, but mild likeI had asked. I got enough to last for several more nights. The Egg Foo Young was great. So many good things in it. I could only eat about half. I will be enjoying the other half tomorrow night. I was so thrilled to see them back on DoorDash. I missed their style of preparing food.

I absolutely LOVE this place. the soups are perfectly seasoned with the perfect amount of ingredients. Lettuce Wrapped Chicken is cut up perfectly into evenly pieces where one ingredient doesn't take over another. same with all the other entreesAssorted Wonton SoupHot & Sour SoupCream Cheese Wontons（4）

Vegas Long Roll was not worthy the price or taste, more rice than anything and lemon looks and taste sad. Fried rice was decent, but again overall not worth the price. Gained a star for their fried rice alone, otherwise it would have just been one star.
