I ordered the 30% sugar for my winter melon tea but it ended up tasting VERY SWEET, as if they made it 100% sugar. This is way too sweet to be drinkable. I also ordered another one with regular sugar (100% sugar) for my friend and her drink is not sweet at all. Im pretty sure our drinks sweetness were swapped. Please carefully review the customer's order properly next time Sharetea.

They were scratching their hair while making the milk teas, not very sanitary, and just overall no cleanliness or professionalism.
