The chicken melt was great. Shawarma was skimpy and the meat had no seasoning/taste. The baklava bites were a joke... pieces are way too small

I've been a fan of shawarma for a while, and this was my first time ordering from this location. I tried the falafel wrap made by your company, and it was awesome—great flavor and texture!
However, I didn’t enjoy the beef and lamb shawarma. It had an overwhelming amount of onions, which overpowered the overall flavor and gave it an awkward taste. Most of what I could taste was just onions. Additionally, it was very messy and runny due to the sauce, which unfortunately stained my clothing.
This is my honest review, and I hope it’s helpful for future improvements.

The chicken shawarma tasted good, but for the price it wasn't much. The wrap is pretty thin and there wasn't much filling inside of it.

A disappointing, greasy, horrible mess. Hastily and horribly assembled with way too much sauce. I've had passable shawarma at another Shawarma Press in Plano, but this order was disgusting and inedible. Both sandwiches went straight to the trash after 2 bites each. Do better

The *Chicken Shawarma Wrap 11" was good the *Seasoned French Fries were soggy but were flavorfull just wish they were warm not cold and the *Cheese Pastry i got i do not recommend burnt cheese on a plain bread was not appetizing not good at all .
