The 71. Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen was really good and so were the 27. Crab Ragoon s. They filled a giant online order for us pretty late at around midnight, it was ready in a half hour and they were so nice about it after I apologized. All the food was super good. I'd love to dine in here sometime!

This place is amazing! One of my go to spots for any yummy late night munchies. The 44. Kalbi Beef is amazing!!!! and they have the best 83. Miso Soup ever! and don't get me started with the 6. Spicy Cucumber Salad!!!!

Noodles were stuck together and not fresh. There was not enough of the mushrooms or bamboo shoots. The broth isn't as strong of a flavor as I want from a tonkotsu ramen. I don't think I'll order shinya again.

Honestly it's pretty average, soup's tasty. Noodle's slightly undercooked, pork belly's slightly soggier than my liking. But for the price and midnight ramen craving, this is good!
