The donuts are so small now that the box is too big for it. Could fit 3 more in the box when usually the donuts fit size and snug. These donuts are very small. Big price, small portion now. Not happy.

While I generally love Shipley Donuts today's Create Your Own Donut Box was a disappointment. The icing on the frosted donuts was the consistency of thick syrup and ran everywhere. They just weren't as good as the usual, standard Shipley Donut.
Knowing it's a new crew, some hiccups are expected. I know I'll be ordering again. I hope the quality stabilizes soon.

Old Fashioned Roll flat and hardly any icing. Not the same quality.Filled Bar Bavarian missing icing on top, Apple Fritter is flat what happened with the dough and icing tonight!

Super cool people and we're in contact with us during our order when something needed to be made and would be a wait. Then they sent us free donut holes for the wait.
