Sushi is ALWAYS amazing. I got the California roll and the double punch roll. Good sizes and very fresh!

My husbands steak was rare and mine was not even pink. They were both supposed to be medium rare. Steak was not cut up Hibachi style. The fried rice barely had anything in it and the veggies were barely cooked. $100 for this was very disappointing and was not the first time it has been this way in the last two years. I will not be ordering Shokotini again. It used to be so good. There are way more cheaper and tastier hibachi options in Athens.

Honestly the worst sushi roll I've ever had!! The rice to fish/topping ratio was very off. Whenever I ate a piece of the Alaska Roll, it felt like I was just eating overcooked, mushy rice. As you can see in the picture, there were also way too many pieces where it was only rice with barely any salmon OR avocado! I only took pictures of 3 but there were at least 5. It didn't look anything like the photo from the restaurant. I could barely taste the salmon, the rice was also overcooked and felt like mush when I ate it, and there were small slivers of avocado as well. I was really disappointed because I didn't eat anything all day and was having the worst day ever. I was hoping for my favorite food (sushi) to cheer me up, and honestly got even more upset. I've never had to force myself to eat a sushi roll this badly and only ate it because I was starving!! I don't think I've ever left a bad review before for a restaurant, but genuinely, I've never been this disappointed in a sushi roll. They obviously skimped out on the toppings to save as much money as they could. It was like the concept of a sushi roll and I would have been so much better off buying a prepackaged roll from the supermarket. Thankfully, at least the Spicy Mushroom Soup was just just average and the Pistachio Truffle was good, but I mean it wasn't anything special either. The packaging looked like it was bought from a store and resold here, but I won't complain about that because honestly it was what I expected; just creamy gelato with nuts and a hint of sweetness, so it was pretty good, but still a lot smaller than it looked in the picture, and not worth it for the price. I would never buy anything from here ever again; it's honestly a crime to call this a sushi restaurant for how disappointing this basic roll was.

I know I ordered late, but an entire item-- the Fried Softshell Crab--was left out of the order, and the Yellow Tail (Hamachi) Small Roll was missing scallions and opened up at the end. It's not a big deal, but scallions are in the photo and description, and they kind of make the roll good. The salmon roe nigiri were mostly rice, not a lot of caviar in there. I suppose it's because it was later in the evening and close to closing, but it was a bit disappointing all around.

Oh my! 1st time ordering & I'll do it again. Bang for your buck. Fresh ingredients, quality taste. Sushi - spectacular! Try it!
