I was so happy with this order! Portion size was great. Everything about my shrimp tempura rolls was absolutely phenomenal! From the very first bite, it felt like I had stepped back in time to when sushi was made with fresh, quality ingredients. The rice tasted fresh, the shrimp tempura was delicious, and everything tasted exactly how it should!
Nowadays, I feel like so many sushi places have started cutting corners with their ingredients, and the quality just isn’t what it used to be. But this place reminded me of what good sushi is supposed to taste like!
And can we talk about the presentation? The packaging was beautiful and immediately caught my eye. Even the bag it arrived in was pretty! You can tell thought was put into every detail.
From the food to the presentation, this entire experience was phenomenal. I absolutely loved it!

First off, the packaging is great! They pack the hot together and the sushi separately unlike other places making it perfect temp when it arrives! I always get nervous ordering sushi to go, but this was great! The specialty rolls are huge! I had to put it aside to eat more later. The flavors are great and that wasabi! That's the best and most powerful wasabi I've had anywhere local.

Holy crab, this is the best wasabi I ever had, I can tell what's fresh wasabi what's not, this might be the best one yet, I will come back just for this wasabi, and it's good amount of wasabi, just everything I want from wasabi.

The roll was very delicious! Fresh and packaged well. The General Tsos Chicken , was in a paper container, which is good for the environment, however, not so good for taste. It kind of made it taste like cardboard. And soaked up the juices from the tsos. So I had none to put over the rice. Rice was packaged well. Both entrees were in an insulated and sealed reusable bag, that I appreciated.
Cold was cold and hot was nice and warm. A for effort and presentation! My only critique would be to use the same type of container for the chicken that you use for the sushi instead of the paper container! Yum

We loved our Shoku Signature Box! The servings were a great side and were able to get a fun mixture of items! The signature rolls are huge, and the Valentine roll is definitely one of my favorites from here!
