Everything was amazing! The service was fast, and it all came hot and fresh. I am obsessed with the Lava Noodle, it was so flavorful. We got it "hot" and the spice was not overpowering at all. Shrimp in a Blanket is always a go to since it is served in a crunchy wrapper with a sweet sauce. The Lunch-Yellow Curry (GF) and Garlic Fried Rice were great as well. Flavor was outstanding, and the portion sizes are very large.

I have been a huge fan of Siam for at least 3 years now, I get the same thing nearly every time now because while I have explored the menu a bit, I am obsessed with the Spicy Green Bean (GF) (V), everything I've ever tried is fantastic but they have fantastic stir fry's and perfect crab Crab Rangoons

The sesame chicken was just chicken nuggets with sesame sauce. The pad Thai was flavorless and mushy. This was my favorite Thai place but I will probably never order there again. I'm not sure what happened today but I paid far too much for such low quality.

I ordered Tom Kha with chicken "No spicy" and it had a mild warmth. Perfection. I would have loved cilantro, but it was still perfect. I also ordered crab rangoon.They were sweet with a lot of meat in the cream cheese. Wow! I kinda wish I was sick so I could cuddle in with this treat. LOL

The Chicken Pad Thai (GF) was a solid mix of sweet, savory, and spicy with more depth than I expected. The chicken wasn't dry and the peanuts were good and crumbly. Fair portion size for the price.
The Beef Red Curry (GF)(V) was super rich and creamy, a little too sweet but still very tasty with a complex flavor. The portion size is a little lacking for $18ish but the curry is heavy.
The Thai Fried Rice (GF) was pretty great, not a fan of the huge tomato slices but they do add a lot to the rice. Very good value.
Overall, I'm impressed and I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good Thai food.
