Excellent Mexican food! Loaded with lots of meat and sooooo good! I recently had dinner at another well known, sit down Mexican restaurant in Sioux Falls and Simon's Tacos outshines them in every way!!!! My favorite is the wet burrito. Stuffed full of deliciousness!!

Rice was crunchy, boxed it arrived in was covered in food. I have ordered similar dishes from other restaurants and never had an issue. I wanted enchiladas and no one else was open at the time.,I would not order from them again. The red sauce was not well described and included whole peppers (I would not have ordered if I knew that). If you like overly spicy food you might like them.

The Birria Tacos Combo Tacos Combo was hit and miss. The birria was delicious, the beans were pretty good, but the rice tasted old. The portion size was great, but I couldn't eat the rice because it had such a rancid flavor.

The Birria Burrito is absolutely outstanding. The salsas and lime wedge are the perfect complement. One of the better burritos I have eaten (and I'm a reasonably frequent burrito eat-o). Thank you, Simon's, you are a treasure. :)

The tacos are so good and full of meat and cheese! Lots of beans and rice as well! The only down side is the queso is so small for $5. I added a comparison photo to look at the size of the queso. The queso is delicious, the size is just small.
