Ordered two pulled pork poutines, apparently someone else claimed them by the time I got to the store tho. So what did they do? Made the same poutines again PLUS two extra. Amazing customer service, and their poutines are always delicious.

Been coming to Simon's for 10 years now and I'm still a huge fan of the food!
The Big Greek Burger is MASSIVE and tastes delicious! The beef is notably fresh tasting.
The Cajun Fries unfortunately don't taste too different from their regular fries and would benefit from a bit more salt and seasoning but still some of the better fries I've had from a burger joint! I might personally stick to a poutine next time though.
Overall would reccomend to anyone who wants good bang for their buck and quality food to top it off!

portion sizes have been reduceno longer a great value. I will think twice about ordering in the future

The quality has definitely gone down. The fries were old, the burger lacked taste. Will not be ordering from here again.

Just meh, food is nothing special. Fries are homemade, burger is just okay, I do like the topping selection.
