• 11/4/23I got the Tri-Tip And Ribs*
The meat was very tender and well seasoned.
The healthy portion of ribs and beef is easily enough for three meals for me. The Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Asparagus were also nicely seasoned. Even the Caeser Salad dressing was first class. Very high quality at a reasonable price.

• 5/12/22Wow - I can't believe this was delivery. It was like someone grilled the steak and smoked the ribs in my backyard. The sides, mashed potatoes, asparagus, green beans, and baked potato, were absolutely perfect! It was a relatively large order so I was super impressed! We will definitely pick Slo Roast for any other dinner parties we have in the future. Awesome!!!

• 14/1/24Never even heard of this place. Thought I’d give it a try.
I figured because of the extreme cold, my food would arrive cold. Especially since there is about 15 minutes of travel time from the restaurant to my door.
Everything arrived toasty warm and ready to eat without having to reheat.
Ribeyes were cooked correctly to order (medium), asparagus was firm yet tender and warm. Baked potato was good but on the smaller side.

• 9/12/22The Tri-Tip and Ribs combo's aroma was mouthwatering. The sauce complemented the ribs without overpowering them. The medium cooked tri-tip was at least 2 inches thick and fairly tender. The Caesar salad was fresh. The baked potato was cooked for a long, long while making the skin tough and the inside had the darker color of overcooked potatoes... still okay but past prime. But... who cares about a potato when those steaks and ribs are there. Yum.

• 5/5/25Classic Ribeye - Very good. Cooked perfectly to medium rare. A little to much pepper.
My husband's was a little tough.
The ends of the asparagus were too tough. Just needed the ends cut a little more, but was delicious otherwise.
