The ribeye was very generous portionand seasoned just right. Amazingly good. The brussels sprouts are also amazing. Without the honey siracha sauce they are not bad for a keto diet. Habit forming indeed.

This is my second time ordering. The first time was great, it had two large, juicy chicken breasts . The two over cooked, chicken nugget sized pieces of Herb-Roasted Chicken I received this time is egregious. I wouldn't pay $5 dollars for this.

For some reason, the sour cream, chives, and butter were put together in 1 tiny container! The steak is supposed to be to be medium, not well done! It's tough and chewy...

This place usually does great when I order a ribeye. But this time it was cooked well done, and had way too much seasoning on it. It was inedible and I threw it away, but thankfully, I got a refund for it.

Unfortunately my Classic Rib-Eye* was well done and not medium rare. So that was disappointing. Potato tasted like it had been in the warmer for quite some time.
I've never had an issue like this in the past when I've ordered from BJ's.
Hope it was just an off night for them.
