Just wanted to remind everyone that B.J.and Slo-Roast have a Root Beer that is actually the best Root Beer I have ever swallowed. They make their own Root Beer there. Also their Blonde Beer is also a great choice for everyone. Also if you get hooked on their Root Beer fear not as you can buy as many as you want in their own canned Root Beer that the master B.J.’s sends to their restauranthere in Lubbock. The Tri-Tip is somewhat new in Lubbock. I first discovered it in Ventura, Calif. In fact one time many years ago she was home and went to the United Supermarket and told the butcher exactly what it was. She came home and fired up the grill and grilled some of the best beef I have ever eaten.. Yep she is a great cook.

The food was all very good. I did not get pictures, but the Fresh Atlantic Salmon*and Steakhouse Wedge*were delicious and cooked to perfection!

Unfortunately, there is only one chicken breast with the meal, but that is fair. The baked potato was very over cooked from sitting through the day. still an ok meal. I have always enjoyed their foid in the past. Hopefully, this was an off day.

they gave me an over cooked steak and no chicken and very little asparagus i love bjs and can't believe they did this to my order!Sirloin And Chicken* i probably will not order again

The Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts are the best item on the menu! Absolutely insane with or without the sauce it comes with. Ribs were great, chicken was tender and flavorful. Dont have a bad word to say!
