The double was more than I could eat. It was perfectly assembled and the meat had an authentic char-broil taste to it, unlike Burger King. The only problem with the shake was that it was too small.

The TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SMASH® was absolutely fantastic! Paper thin mushrooms along with added grilled onions was a perfect pairing. My husband enjoyed the CHILI CHEESE BIG DOG and said it was the best he's had! The LARGE SMASHFRIES® were delicious as well! Salty with an herby kick! Definitely coming back.

Burgers were great! SMASH TOTS® & CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS were in so much oil it was like oil soup! They were NOT-edible!! Management truly needs to train their cooks to drain food after frying... the sprouts were also not even half full however, they were not edible anyways so filling the container would of just been more to throw away.

Ordered the BACON SMASH® CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH ....
It was ....well the picture says it all!
Dried out Chicken..Bacon was so hard you could not bite into it!! For the price l would think SmashBurger would make it with at least 2 full slices of bacon...NOT 1 burnt piece cut in half!!
Very disappointed!!!

Burgers were great! We had stopped ordering from here due to all the oil in the containers making sides not edible. We recently ordered & saw they were putting paper in the cups to absorb oil. So we were excited to start ordering again. Unfortunately whoever was working had no clue on staining oil & the paper in the cups still neglected to absorb the oil. There was more oil than Brussel sprouts in the sprouts. We ate a few of them but had to throw most of them away. The tots were also cold, crumbled & in oil just not as much oil as the sprouts. I do believe it's cooked fresh they just aren't properly draining oil again & it's nasty. Please refer to photos.
