Excellent fried chicken...unlike so many other places, the pieces are actually identifiable! I had the Chicken Platter, Dark, and it was, as always, wonderful...just the way fried chicken should be!!! Love the baked beans and hush puppies, too!

Excellent "Chicken Dark Platter". Wonderful fried chicken. Most places these days serve "alleged" chicken pieces that are unidentifiable, stringy, tough and mostly tasteless. Even fast food chicken places serve this garbage. But Smithfield's chicken is real chicken and the pieces are easily identifiable and taste wonderful...the way fried chicken is supposed to be!

I enjoyed my plate. I even had enough leftover for the next nights supper. I was amazed at how huge the chicken tenders were the tenders and the barbecue. Everything was just delicious. I highly recommend that plate.

Perfectly packaged for transport, arrived quickly, fries and hush puppies were still crispy on arrival, and they didn't forget the sauce!! Fully expected something to be soggy with 30 min drive to get here but it was perfect!! Would order again!

I was extremely disappointed with my meal. It felt like a waste of money. The stew was filled with oversized meat chunks and large pieces of bones. There were hardly any veggies, and the chicken breast was dry and overcooked, with excessive breading. Unbelievable.
