I used to love ordering from Smokin' Fins when I could order from the Littleton location. The food, especially the sushi was always delicious, but now I can only order from the Highlands Ranch location. Everytime, I am so disappointed, I think this will finally be the last time I do. The rolls are always slathered with too much mayo and just absolutely bland. I'll have a craving for the Littleton versions and I'll order and just be absolutely bummed how much I spent on the food I get. Edamame was undercooked, Dragon rolls was bland. They stopped using Jicama in one of my favorite rolls which was what made it so good. The Mango roll is also just a complete letdown compared to Smokin' Fins in Littletom. Noodle Bowl tonkotsu broth was just not that nice creamy broth it should be. Overall, a couple bites in and I'm just completely bummed.

Wagyu Burger was dried out and burnt. they didn't follow instructions on my wife's meal to exclude cheese. We've had great meals in the restaurant, but this was garbage quality overall

Quality of food was not good compared to the high price. I got the mussels and clams, and the sauce was just a gritty oil at the bottom.

The portion of meat on the salad was too small... about the size of a toddler portion. Not enough protein for a meal .
