I cant taste the butterscotch fallout completely this time. The effect of flavors got reduced when the quantity is increased

I absolutely love this place and their drinks, but recently every single time I order from here, they never fail to always get my order wrong. I only order two drinks each time, so I don't understand how hard it would be to make the right ones.

All three sodas we ordered tasted like plastic? They were all different bases but they all tasted very off.
