It's delicious. I moved from California and I had a favorite boba place there and when I moved to the Washington Portland area I haven't tasted a good boba place until I tried SOFTEA. I love it! I'm definitely going to keep on ordering from there.

When we arrived they didn't have one of the drinks and we had to wait for them to make it. Two of our drinks were bitter even though we indicated full sweet. 2 were so full of ice there was barely any drink. And we don't have all the straws we needed. This was a treat for us and we were bummed to pay for this. Very disappointing! We will not order from here again.

I love this place and love how my drink is usually prepared, but unfortunately this time my drink was missing the lychee jelly that I had ordered. I'll still order from here in the future, but just thought to leave a review for funsies :)
