Tater tots were stale some of the tots were hard as a rock, this location has some of the worst quality control I've ever seen. I'll will probably order again because I'm a gluten for punishment

They forgot 1/2my order! I'm not even sure how this happens and this isn't the 1st time. Food is horrible. Didn't put the chili on the chili cheese tots and my niece doesn't have her French Toast Sticks! 50.00 with tip to not even feed 2 people I oordered for is frustrating. 20.00 for 1 meal for it to be messed up! Corn dogs are soft and not fresh. I'm beyond irritated with this place.

Hotdogs were covered in tomato when they were supposed to be plain, no cheese sauce for Soft Pretzel Twists, Chili Cheese Tots had lots of chili and one dot of cheese, dasher had to go back for Famous Slushes that was not given to him.

This has to be the worst meal that I have received from Sonic, the coney was dry and very rubbery yuck, the chili cheese tots seemed like they were dunked in grease, no ranch was packaged in order, the milk shake was just soup in a cup. Will not be spending any money there for a while.
