the bread from the burger and hot dog were hard and not fresh. not near enough chili on the chili dog either

they added ketchup after i asked for none and it kinda ruined it. food also tasted pretty bad in general. not worth the cost

The only items that I got that were actually what I ordered was the cheese sticks and the drink. I order the Bacon Double but for a single cheeseburger, and instead of a large chili cheese tots, w/onions, I got a fr long chili cheese coney.
the burger looked like it had been smashed with the top bun being broken into multiple pieces. The drink was good, but the rest was probably the worst quality food I have ever had from Sonic. Did I eat it? Yes...because I'm traveling for work and didn't need the hassle trying to recoup my per diem on a screwed up order.
This was a Door Dash order, but even the dasher stated that he was sitting there waiting forever, and said they were going around tapping on windows trying to figure out what went where.

Such nice gentleman walked outside while I was in the drive thru to hand me my food all while having positive attitude and handed me my food graciously. Went above and beyond and really made my day.
