Amazing, fresh food everytime, big fan of Soul Origin, everything made with care, and delicious. Guilt free eating! the Chicken Schnitzel Salad is to die for.

Coffee is half empty and was almost all foam which is unacceptable and disgusting behaviour from a barista.

Coffee was not extracted well. It was bitter and the frappe was insanely sweet. Poured it down the sink, genuinely undrinkable. Additionally they were out of stock of ham & cheese croissants, which they replaced with a gourmet brekkie roll without my consent and I had to pay extra for something I did not want to eat. Chucked it all.

The bacon and eggs rolls were terrible and a rip off only one small strip of bacon and half an egg, they didn't even have any tomatosauce

Substituting a vegetarian option with a meat option is completely thoughtless. Now one person has to go out and get a replacement VEGETARIAN lunch at additional expense and inconvenience.
