Ordered the Jumbo Cheeseburger plain and received the burger fully loaded and inedible. Past experiences with South 21 in Matthews have typically been favorable but when paying for what essentially amounted to a $23 Cheeseburger you would expect a little more attention to detail.

Fried chicken was mid. Crispy and cooked right but no real seasoning. Slaw was all vinegar no mayonnaise I'm not a fan of that. Fries were decent. Dinner roll was the best part of the meal.

Ordered 2 burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. No lettuce on either burger and there was such an overwhelming amount of onions on both that I had to scrape them off, which didn't help. Both tasted like onion sandwiches. A complete waste of $25. Very disappointing!
