My guests said this is the best brisket they've had in a long time. Make sure you get the marbled, it's delicious. Always good food from Spring Creek.

The ribs had a really bad taste making them inedible. The brisket was fine. The coleslaw had a weird flavor. The mac and cheese was really overcooked, gummy, and didn't seem fresh. The green beans were fine. The chocolate mousse was still frozen when it arrived, but had good flavor. Overall, they've seemed to go downhill. Too many other good BBQ places around to order again.

Honestly the first time I had them the food was really good which made me want to reorder but the second time I ordered the food was not the same the bbq tasted like it was from the night before even my fiancé said it tasted like from the night before and the texture was very tough, the ribs were very tough and when I ordered from this place the first time I ordered the ribs were very tender and tasted fresh that's what made me want to reorder order. I also got a small portion of ribs this time so to me the food is not consistent. I don't think I will be ordering again just because of this last experience and I spent almost $100 so not too happy about that.

The ribs were awesome.. my marbled sliced beef sandwich was unusually awful. Chewy, dry.. inedible..what a disappointment from a normally great place. My husband had blended sandwich and the lean was great, the marbled part was the same as mine.

Every time I order from Spring Creek, it seems the prices have increased. I ordered a 2 meat meal and even though the food is still good, the amount of meat was minuscule to say the least. I was charged over $25, the value was probably about half that. I think I'm done. There has got to be a place that still values "a fair meal for a fair price".
