My Caramel Brulée Latte arrived in PERFECTION. My gosh it made my day. I always get nervous asking for that extra shot of Espresso but hot damn, they nailed it. YASSS!

This is the 3rd time around the morning time my Caramel Caramel Macchiato has tasted like tap water. There's also no Caramel added to my drink. please replace to train the Barista that makes the drink in the morning.

Matcha Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is 5/5, but cold Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew has zero coffee-flavor.  It just tastes like skim milk with a hint  of caramel.  Apparently selecting "splash" of half-half means emptying their entire container.  Drink came whiter than the average customer.  Recommend getting it without milk and just adding your own if wanting to try.

This location also seems to take longer than usual to complete orders.

The food and drinks are usually made well  and taste good but they run out of items, not telling you until you get a card saying "sorry" in your bag. They forget little things like straws in your order. Which might not be the biggest deal but I've had a frappe I couldn't drink because of this. Basically wasting my money.

The Iced Chai Latte didn't taste right at all, very watery :( It's always my go to and doesn't normally taste this way at all
