I wish I knew who made my venti iced brown sugar shaken expresso with vanilla sweet cream foam and caramel crunch tipping and sauce lined cup because it is amazingly delicious today! An explosion of flavors on my taste buds...kudos to you, Barista!

I ordered twice to get the Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha and they put more matcha than any chocolate. I can hardly taste any chocolate. It’s like it was just matcha. I have ordered at a different store and they make it better and I have gone twice at the other one too.

I placed an order for PICK UP and the store was refusing to give me a drink saying it I needed to be a DoorDash employee to PICK UP my order. It was for PICK UP not delivery. I was told "why did I place my order through DoorDash it's more expensive and to order through the app" the employee ended up giving me my order but told me not to do that ever again. I've never had an issue picking up my PICK UP order from here before. I'm assuming the lady thought it was a delivery order when in fact it never was and I even followed the instructions by showing them the pick up receipt.

Second time this exact same thing has happened. NO lemonade was selected and put on the tag, and what was sent was an overpriced lemonade

My order doesn't even taste like coffee it's water and all the money for colored water I'm very disappointed
