While the product is always amazing (shoutout to the Iced Caramel Macchiato), I do wish there was a better way to package solo drinks. If I only order 1 drink, it's put in a bag with a little half-sized cardboard cup holder, which is a great idea in theory...but the problem is that the bag's weight becomes unevenly distributed and topples over VERY easily. Normally that hasn't been too big of an issue as long as it's handled with care (as the drinks have a dome lid and a sticker covering the straw hole), but of course today the whole lid came off and spilled my poor macchiato all over and through the paper bag 🥲 I didn't lose too much, and I probably don't need all that caffeine anyway, but I'm hoping someone will see this review and maybe figure out a way to balance the weight in these bags so it doesn't happen to anyone else! Aside from the packaging issue, my drinks are always delicious; the smallest highlight of my day in this dark and bleak economy. $10 well spent for ✨dopamine✨

Taste was good for sure. They spilled my drink and half the thing was missing but... at least it tasted good. I would order again, the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso blonde espresso was very fresh.... but not for 16 dollars for one drink that's just insane.

We frequently order from Starbucks with a routine order: Caffè Latte with Whole Milk Caffè Latte DeCaf Breve From day to day with lattes come out from a range of amazing to "meh". Today I am writing this review for the poor quality. Both of our Lattes taste like dishwater. Something is very wrong with both of these lattes. Not sure if the Barista was sleepy this morning or what happened, but just wanted to share. On a good side, they drive through team is always very sweet and lovely. The lattes range from Chef Kiss xx to "Yuck, can I or should I drink this?"...

I ordered a drink and was charged extra for cold foam and there was none on the drink. It was clearly on the receipt attached to the drink.
