I’ve had many disappointing experiences with Starbucks, especially when ordering through DoorDash, and I really hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service.
I consistently order a Venti, but I’ve received a Grande instead multiple times, even though I’m paying extra for the larger size. I also request extra foam and whipped cream, but those instructions are frequently ignored.
What frustrates me the most is that I genuinely love Starbucks coffee. It’s one of the reasons I continue ordering, but the experience is so inconsistent that I never know if I’ll actually receive what I ordered.
These are not isolated incidents. I’ve had several bad experiences, and I believe customers deserve better attention to detail, consistency, and quality, especially when they’re paying extra for specific sizes and customizations.
I’m sharing this because I want Starbucks to improve. I enjoy your products, but I expect better service and for my orders to be prepared correctly. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to meaningful improvements.

I ordered a tall hot chocolate and portion was less than what it should of been. It's a lot of money to order for delivery and to get less than what your paying for is ridiculous
