• 7/10/24Actually terrible. The first sign that this was a mistake was the huge grease stains on the bag, which sosked it. I didnt recive a straw for my shake, my onion rings weren't cooked all the way through and were wet and doughy. And because I doordashed I paid an extra $1.20 for sauce they didn't even include. Definitely wouldnt force myself to sit through that again

• 20/7/25I love my local steak and shake on 54th and keystone! I have never received a bad order from here. Hamburgers are wrapped inside the box for mess free eating😋 I know there not all created equal but if you order from this location you will definitely get the best steak n shake!

• 16/3/24The burgers were great. The shakes were amazing. They onion rings were a little soft but that's just because the bag was sealed when they were hot which to me means they were great to Ill definitely have to eat in someone for the full experience

• 16/8/22I love Steak 'n Shake and I love Frisco melts. Unfortunately this time the Frisco wasn't made correctly; it had the wrong cheese and the bread was barely toasted, plus it just didn't taste quite right, like something was missing that I couldn't identify.. It was disappointing & I only ate about half of it. Bummer.

• 11/8/25The Original Double Steakburger with Cheese Combo was excellent. the fries was justhow I like not to chrispy, the burger was so juicy.
