I usually love Steak 'n Shake but today the burgers, Garlic Double Steakburger Combo was off tasting, more boiled meat flavored than actually from the griddle, no crust but smooshy. Left bad after taste.

everything tasted old and not fresh. just like it was sitting out for a while. I even paid extra to have it delivered straight to me. not the dasher fault. the restaurant fault. everything arrived cold. Probably won't order again. disappointed

ordered cheese fries, they were not cheese, payed extra $1 for that. fries were cold by the time I received order, and yet my dasher was left waiting for almost 10 minutes at the store, likely while the food was already done with how cold it is.

The fries we're barely even filled up, and there was ketchup and mustard all over the burger, very poorly put together
