I got the Original Double Steakburger with Cheese Combo and a red velvet Oreo shake. When I ordered this last time, they forgot my shake. This time, everything was correct and delicious! The shake was great and still frozen when it delivered.

Kinda ridiculous to charge 62¢ for a side of cheese sauce and only fill the small condiment cup an 1/8 of the way Kraft cheese and crackers comes with more than that c'mon now

My burger was definitely not up to par. If there was any cheese it was only a speck and other seasonings
we're skimpy too. Plus, the wrapper usually found on the burger was absent. In addition to that, the shake was overflowing the cup and spilled on my carpet. I'm more than a little unhappy. One more thing: I hate those brick like oyster crackers you use when others are available.

Missing sauces and the drink was mostly ice. I'm glad I ordered a large drink. The small wouldve had the amount of a capri sun. Also the 3 PC Chicken Fingers Combo, the chicken is nothing like the picture. Much smaller strips

the few times ive order from steak n shake its been awesome and this time was no different the Triple Steakburger (3x cheese) and Beef Tallow Fries™ were awesome and delicious
