Both of our fries were not even full. The chili was just a little over half full. The onions on my burger were charred. This is the worst food we've ever gotten from here!

The garlic double was amazing & the 'small' side of chili cheese fries were a big portion & so good!

Last order was literally inedible. Ordered 2 double steakburgers with ketchup & mustard. Got one plain, and another sandwich, plain, with kaiser bun and a bunch of bacon. That's it.
Meat was burnt to a crips and tough as rubber. Bun was stale.
Just awful. A shame because when they're made properly, they're very good.

Steak 'n Shake's Garlic Double Steakburgers are incredibly delicious 😋! Their thin fries🍟 and Double Butter Steakburgers are also super tasty too.

The taste of the burgers was off. There was a strange odor too. I spent over 50 dollars for 4 burgers and the taste was terrible. We ended up throwing most of it away.
