Whoever made the burger through one patty in between two cold buns with no condiments, and when I spoke with the manager, they tried blaming DoorDash for them, not knowing how to cook a double steak burger

The fries not fully cooked. They were greasy and not crispy at all. Very disappointing, especially with all the beef tallow hype.

I ordered theWestern BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger ComboFrisco Sauce and I didn't get the Frisco Sauce at all. Also the steak patties were overcooked, both were dry and very crunchy.
