Chicken strips quality changed- they are very tough. Biggest issue is their DD packaging, which turns fries into soggy, soft mess. Their outer plastic bag traps condensate. Paper bags and contents inside get soaked. Very sad. McD DD packaging is the gold standard. Not value for the cost when this poorly planned/executed. Do appreciate the very large beverage sizes. Arby's no longer carries large beverages, and S/S gives 2-3 times the volume of Arby's at same cost now.

Fries were crispy and warm, plenty of cheese sauc on the side. The burger was crafted great and also remained warm for the delivery. I wanted it plain and that's what I got. Will be ordering again.

I couldn't finish anything about this meal. The fries weren't cooked completely so the inside of them were raw. The fresco melt was so soggy and messy. I would not order from here again.

the meat patties was flatter than a pancake. steak n shake has def gone downhill. not worth the money.

I ordered onion rings & a Double Garlic Double Steakburger Combo. I asked for extra garlic sauce.I got it, but by the time the driver got it to me, the sauce had leaked out because the burger box was sideways in the bag. Soaking the box & bag. Otherwise, it was good.
