very Bland with the flavor thankfully I like toppings on my burger specifically so with the combination of it all it tastes fine but your fries showed up cold and Bland flavor they've been sitting. and it's not the driver's fault cuz they got here pretty timely. and then I'm missing an entire Burger I was quite interested in the Butter Single Steakburger but that wasn't in the bag. I went with y'all instead of Five Guys as Five Guys is a bit higher on the cost but only by a few dollars. the poor showing of this meal makes a few dollars saving entirely unworth it. I've had Steak and Shake in the past when I was a kid and young adult and it definitely never tasted like this. personally wouldn't order again from at the very least this location. also side note the vanilla shake was good

Food is good in general but fries held no heat and drink was flavorless. The melt was extremely greasy and messed up the whole bag

Meat tasted old and weird. Bread wasn't toasted enough it was like soggy and wet. Would not order again.

I ordered 2 of the Triple Chocolate Brownies and only received 1. The Reese's® Chocolate Peanut Butter and OREO® M&M® are really good!
