At Cottonwood location, ordered 2 salads and neither had lettuce only spinach, little meat and tomatoes were going bad, very disappointed as Prescott valley Subway salad is the best ever. Would like my money back since we got very little we could eat!

I ordered a 6" Turkey Sandwich combo with spinach pickles, onions, cucumbers, chips and soda. The sandwich has 3 small slices of turkey, one provolone slice, 3 leaves of spinach, 3 pickles and the bread is stale. The order arrived with no soda and no chips. Apparently they are out of all these items but instead of shutting off DoorDash or reaching out to customers, they just wing it? The poor DoorDash driver was stuck trying to fix Subway's mistakes.

The order was good! The sandwich artist did a great job with my order. However, I learned they were the only employee working and the poor guy had to deal with a ton of orders at once. I wonder if they should have more staff on. If only so the workers don't get burnt out.
