Very good sandwich, as always! I was disappointed to find out they no longer have veggie patties (please bring them back!), so I subbed it for turkey instead. Aside from that, no issues.

My sandwich had so much mayo that it actually slipped out of the wrapper. It was mashed and disgusting. I ate the cheese and meat only. Barely edible, threw it out. Will not be ordering again. 😒

#23 The Hotshot #23 was good, but I requested oil/vinegar and all that was added was the salt and pepper. The portion and freshness was great except for the dry taste from lacking oil/vinegar. Not to drown in it but I think they forgot to add that at all. Otherwise, I'd love to order again, the Italiano is my favorite on the menu.

I ordered a Chicken BACON Ranch sandwich. The store routinely does not put the bacon on the sandwich. if this happened once or twice I would not say anything but the store charges $3.00 to add bacon. This adds up to a lot of money. Check your food and be careful what you are getting. If I could I would order from another store but that is not an option.

All the toppings were stuck in the center and then the sandwich was rolled up like a burrito. Half the wax paper was rolled into the sandwich. I had to reconstruct the the sandwich before I could eat it. Not the quality that should be expected from Subway!
