avo Smashed Avo on Toast was on italian bread and stale. couldnt bite through the bread. Have had this item before and it's always been fresh and beautiful. Very disappointing breakfast

So much salt and there was onions when I asked for none, bread wasn't even cut properly, as bad as domino's
